By accessing or using the Codexecom Tech website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or engage our services.

Codexecom Tech provides Shopify development, theme customization, app integration, shipping & payment setup, custom web development, and store maintenance services. The specific scope, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are agreed upon separately before work begins.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Upon full payment, the client owns the deliverables produced specifically for their project. Codexecom Tech retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

All pre-existing tools, frameworks, and reusable components used in our work remain the intellectual property of Codexecom Tech or their respective owners.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information required to complete the project
• Respond to requests for feedback or approval in a timely manner
• Ensure you have the rights to any content (images, text, logos) supplied to us
• Not use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

Payment terms are outlined in the project agreement provided before work begins. Codexecom Tech typically requires a deposit before commencing work. Remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final file delivery.

Late payments may result in a pause or termination of services. Refunds are issued at our discretion and subject to the amount of work already completed.

Each project includes a defined number of revisions as agreed in the project scope. Work requested beyond the agreed scope will be quoted and billed separately.

Significant changes to requirements after work has begun may affect timelines and cost, and will be discussed transparently before proceeding.

Codexecom Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability in any matter related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

Our services often involve third-party platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Stripe, and Razorpay. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or limitations imposed by these platforms. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own accounts and subscriptions with these services.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of the project. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, unreleased products, and customer data.

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. Codexecom Tech will deliver all completed work upon receipt of outstanding payment.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
