Common questions
Can you connect any courier partner?
Most major Indian couriers (Shiprocket, Delhivery, DTDC, BlueDart) and international carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) can be connected via Shopify's carrier API or third-party apps.
Will you test the payment gateways?
Yes. We run test transactions through every payment method configured — including COD flow, UPI, card, and wallet — before handover.
Do you handle the Razorpay/Stripe account setup?
We guide you through account creation and KYC. The account must be in your name — we configure the Shopify side.
Can you set up different shipping rates for different products?
Yes. Shopify shipping profiles let us assign different zones and rates per product or collection.
